It’s a MUST Binge UnReal on Hulu. You got three seasons! It’s a show about producing a show called Everlasting inspired by The Bachelor and Bachelorette and puts a whole new spin on what Producing really means, how the talent is manipulated, crises created to form the villain, the victim, and exploit the innocent. Yep, it’s ruthless, and it all revolves around the producer Quinn King. She is the most spectacular female lead I have ever experienced. Unapologetic, brutally honest, sexually confident. She is a woman comfortable living in her own skin no matter how flawed. And you will grow to love her. Actress Constance Zimmer has carved out a character for the ages, and she should get an Emmy.
Shiri Appleby, who plays Rachel, is a brilliant actress. Her Emmy also beckons. And Craig Bierko, who plays Chet Wilton knows what a supporting actor is all about. (I don’t know why it took me so long to find this, but Hulu is difficult to navigate.) You’re welcome!
